You are mandated to top prioritize your safety and that of other employees, contractors, and communities. We believe that every incident is preventable and aim to achieve zero incidents on all our projects and the consciousness that safety starts with you. When you see it, you own it.

You are mandated to assess risks before beginning any task. Proper planning, understanding potential hazards, and choosing the safest course of action are essential.

You are mandated to comply with all HSE protocols and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent and safe execution of tasks. Deviating from these guidelines is unacceptable.

You are mandated to keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free. Good housekeeping prevents accidents and promotes productivity.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is essential to protect you against workplace hazards. It is mandatory to wear the correct PPE for each task.

You are mandated to report all incidents; unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, and near misses immediately to prevent future occurrences and ensure timely corrective actions.

You have the authority and responsibility to stop work if they believe it is unsafe. No task is worth compromising safety. Address abnormal situation.

We indulge you to minimize environmental impact by reducing waste, emissions, and pollution during our operations. Follow and sustain approved environmentally friendly practices and policies in the course of working with us.

 You must be physically and mentally fit to perform your duties safely. Fatigue, illness, or substance use can impair performance and increase risks. No employee is allowed to perform if not medically certified.

You must seek approval from appropriate authority prior undertaking any task. Do not perform any task you do not have the required skill, knowledge, ability, training or experience. Abstain from task you are not designated or approved to handle.

Ensure compliance with all applicable safety laws, regulations, and industry standards to maintain a safe working environment; comply with laid down rules, policies and procedures.

Regularly identify workplace hazards, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement appropriate controls to mitigate risks; ensure to refrain from operational assumptions and exercise stop work order as when due.

Provide comprehensive safety training programs to all employees, contractors, and relevant stakeholders to increase safety awareness and promote responsible practices. Ensure to learn, understand and apply the possible safe way in carrying out a task and keep safety communication simple and concise.

Establish and enforce the proper use of personal protective equipment, such as helmets, gloves, safety glasses, and high-visibility vests, in relevant work areas.

Encourage employees to report all incidents, accidents, near-misses, and hazards promptly. Conduct thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Ensure to report incidents promptly to the appropriate authority

Develop and regularly update emergency response plans, conduct drills, and provide training to ensure preparedness for various emergency scenarios, such as fires, natural disasters, and medical emergencies.

Implement regular maintenance schedules and inspections for machinery, equipment, vehicles, and other relevant assets to ensure they are in safe working condition.

Promote ergonomic principles in the design of workstations and job tasks to reduce the risk of musculoskeletal injuries and improve employee comfort.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement by regularly reviewing safety performance, soliciting feedback from employees, and implementing necessary changes to enhance safety practices and procedures.
